In Two Years From This Day

My mentor always says that it’s a must for me to write down all my wishes, especially for something called a “mission statement”. Although, I often hear the phrase, but I still don’t understand what a mission statement is, and surely I don’t really care what it is.

Anyway, something suddenly occurred in my mind when I woke up from my nap this afternoon. I felt that it must be written down somewhere. I didn’t know why, and I still don’t really care why. But, something I know for sure, that it will be read by many people around the world, and some of them insyaAllah will say “Amien” after reading it. It’s about my dream, my hope, my wishes,…my future…

“In two years from this day, I won’t be where I am.
I won’t be in this company anymore, not to move to other company, but to run my own company.
I’ll still wait for 25th every month, not to wait for my payment, but to pay my employees.
I’ll take my parents to go to Mecca.
I’ll have my first child care.”
