		<description>Recently I learn about verbal pollution, how corrupt communication proceed out of the mouth. 

A group did an experiment. They watched themselves refrain from participating in the verbal pollution, like complaining, being pessimist, grumbling, etc. They were surprised because there&#039;s not much that they could say. They felt like they had to relearn their communication skill.

The complaining takes a lot of our energy that we actually can use into something useful, like building a bridge. :D
