Recently I learn about verbal pollution, how corrupt communication proceed out of the mouth.
A group did an experiment. They watched themselves refrain from participating in the verbal pollution, like complaining, being pessimist, grumbling, etc. They were surprised because there’s not much that they could say. They felt like they had to relearn their communication skill.
The complaining takes a lot of our energy that we actually can use into something useful, like building a bridge.
